How It Works

It is really simple for any Real Estate Agent to own an office.  We simply form a Texas Limited Liability Company (LLC) then file with the Texas Real Estate Commision (TREC) for a Broker's License.  You own the company and you are the manager!  We act as the individual sponsoring broker so everything is 100% legal and ethical.

Your Real Estate License

You will need to have (or get) a Texas Salesperson License then make sure it stays active.  With a few easy steps you will be keeping ALL of your commissions. :)

How Much Does It Cost?

We charge a professional fee of $189.00 per month for our services.  That is all you pay to us no matter how much you sell.  If you think about it, the average 3% on a $100,000 home is more than 15 times more than that.
